A NY hospital system goes west. Event theme and custom print & digital collateral.

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center attends a large annual conference for bone marrow professionals, and hosts a networking event in tandem with the conference. This year NY took Texas, and I was tasked with ideating a theme (East Meets West…ern) for their shindig, then executing across print and digital collateral including a custom print invitation, an animated splash page, emails, name tags, buttons, et cetera. We first sent a teaser email to the invitees without announcing the theme just yet, and later followed up with the printed invite, which used a short fold on the cover to add another reveal. In true Texas fashion, the hoedown was a huge hit.
