A spicy upgrade at #TodaysChilis. chilisjobs.com full redesign
I’ve not yet met a group of people that were as excited, passionate, and hands-on as the team I worked with at Brinker/Chili’s. I had the pleasure of helping them completely overhaul their careers platform, a massive joint effort including multiple photoshoots, video shoots, integration with Spredfast, and much more.
The copywriter and I had such a blast with this brand, who allowed us to let our freak flags fly. We went balls to the wall with color, iconography, hashtags, and funky fonts, borders, and rollover states. But at the heart of all this fun was a mission to tell the true story of Chili’s as an employer — their commitment to empowering their team members to thrive as not just individuals, but as active members of their larger communities.
