Develop an Employer Brand that celebrates individuality and puts a modern spin on a historically traditional healthcare system.

My Role: Creative Director, Primary Designer

My Responsibilities: Visual concept development, building and leading client presentations, execution of most materials, oversight of junior designer, and on-site 3 day photoshoot

Goal: Using AdventHealth’s new consumer brand, conceptualize and execute an Employer Brand that achieves 3 primary objectives: Attracts talent across all roles that shares the organization’s values and theologies, unifies disparate and newly-acquired hospitals under a singular identity, and engages & excites all existing AdventHealth associates.
